Molly Bashay is a Policy Analyst for Hope Policy Institute (HOPE). As a Policy Analyst, Molly primarily focuses her work on education and workforce development. Molly attended the College of William & Mary for undergraduate studies, majoring in Government and Environmental Policy. She attended graduate school abroad at James Madison University’s Florence, Italy, campus where she received a Master of Arts in Political Science with a concentration on European Union Policy Studies.
Before working at HOPE, Molly worked with various national and international non-profits, such as the Sierra Club and Oxfam Italia, focusing on environmental conservation and international food justice. Molly is also a member of the community service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega.
