Regina M. Moorer is a Senior Policy Analyst at Hope Policy Institute. She holds a doctorate in Political Science (Public Policy and Public Administration) from Auburn University and an undergraduate degree from Alabama State University.
She previously served in academia, where she taught public policy and political science and helped students connect research to real-world outcomes. Outside the classroom, her work spanned policy advocacy and community engagement, grounded in the belief that research should inform action.
Regina’s commitment to justice is evident in her leadership and service. She serves on the Board of The Elmore Bolling Initiative and previously served on the Board of Advisors for the Reebok Human Rights Awards. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
