HOPE encourages communities to register to vote: National Voter Registration Day, September 27

HOPE (Hope Enterprise Corporation, Hope Credit Union, and Hope Policy Institute) will participate in National Voter Registration Day (NVRD), a nationwide, nonpartisan effort to register thousands of voters on Tuesday, September 27. The organization will host HOPE for Our Future voter registration drives at select credit union branches through HOPE’s service area. Volunteers will be on hand at the branches to assist people who want to register or update their registration if they have moved. NVRD is the deadline to register or update your registration status in many states. Be sure to check your states’ registration requirements.
