Hope Policy Institute offers a dynamic environment where research, outreach and education are used to inform and advance policies that improve the quality of life for all people, with particular focus on Deep South communities.  Institute team members accomplish this goal by drafting original papers, writing opinion pieces for major newspapers and posting on the Policy Matters Blog.  Analysts also present findings and testimony to officials in the executive and legislative branches of government at state and federal levels to influence important policy decisions.
